4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
The personal data is processed based on the registered customer relationship.
5. Information content of the register
The data entered by the user is stored. The minimum required information from the user includes the following:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
6. Regular sources of information
The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer through messages sent via web forms, email, phone calls, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their information.
7. Regular disclosures of information and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
The information in the customer register will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA.
8. Principles of register protection
The information in the register is stored in a system that requires personal user credentials to access. The system is protected by firewalls and other technical means. The register information is located in locked and guarded premises.
9. Duration of processing of data
Personal data is processed for the duration of the customer relationship.
10. General rights of the data subject
Requests for exercising the rights should be addressed to the controller. The data subject has the following rights:
Right of access
The data subject has the right to access their personal data that we have stored.
Right to rectification
The data subject have the right to demand the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to object
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data if they feel that their personal data has been processed unlawfully.
Right to object to direct marketing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their information for direct marketing purposes.
Right to erasure
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their data if the processing of the data is no longer necessary. We will process the request for deletion, after which we will either delete the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted.
It should be noted that the data controller may have a legal or other right not to delete the requested information. The data controller is obliged to retain accounting material for the time defined in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) (10 years). Therefore, accounting-related material cannot be deleted before the expiration of the retention period.
11. Other rights of the data subject
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based solely on consent, and not, for example, on customer or membership relationship, the data subject may withdraw consent.
Right to lodge a complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, if they consider that we are processing their personal data in breach of applicable data protection legislation.
